Watch Out... there's a new Watkins about...

A selection of photographs can be viewed and downloaded here. Alternatively, photographic prints, souvenir mugs, etc. can be ordered at a reasonable charge from my Photobox Gallery.

Amy is not available for interview as she can not yet talk. However, I am - as always - happy to comment. Please get in touch if you'd like further information.

Amy Carys Pipistrelle Watkins was born on Wednesday the 9th of February 2005 at 15:40 in Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital. Both she and her mother are both doing well. This is thanks, in no small part, to the hard work of the staff at the JR. Thank you one and all.

Despite being born in England, Amy was keen to show that she shares her father's love of Wales and was most vocal during the Wales-Italy Match.

Like her mother, an accomplished singer, Amy has a fine pair of lungs, something she demonstrated within seconds of being born.

Apologies to all our friends and family who have been waiting in vain for news; this web update and the accompanying flurry of text messages, emails, etc. have all been delayed by an extended stay in hospital by Alison, Amy and me (keeping them company). We all returned home on Monday (February 14th) and are settling in nicely.
